Hello. It’s been awhile.
I’m still riding the bus, though less frequently now, and I still find beautiful moments.
I was quite taken with this couple, who I noticed on my recent evening commute home.
They were already on the bus when I boarded at a downtown location. Her head rested against his shoulder, her eyes closed; she seemed weary from a long day. He sat quietly, only slightly moving his head from time to time to glance down at his phone. They remained still and silent, pressed close to one another, during the ride.
I found this quiet, intimate moment taking place in a public space very endearing.
I hope you’re still riding public transit, too, and finding moments of beauty.
